Accessible Information for your customers
Apr 20 2008, 1:55 PM EDT I wondered if businesses realised the benefits of offering their written information in an alternative formats. I work with many large organisations that are starting to look at this but as there are so many small businesses that could also benefit by increasing their customer base and also complying to disability legislation. I have developed a training course that enables businesses to understand these benefits and how to implement such activity into their organisation. Is this something that would be of use to an organisation you know of? Do you find this valuable? |
